Duncan Bowen, Ph.D. has been providing Forensic Services for over 25 years. Working with attorneys and Judges in the Criminal, Family and Dependency Courts throughout the State of Florida.

Dr. Bowen has been an Expert Witness in Federal and State Courts.  The areas he has been qualified in are: Clinical Psychology, Drug Addictions, Sexual Addictions/Compulsions, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Offending, Psychological Testing, and Abnormal Psychology.

In each case, through clinical evaluation, psychological testing and consultation, unique case features are identified to assist in the legal proceedings and the individual’s recovery.
